The gossip page reports that after Foxy fired her lawyer Joseph Tacopina who supposedly leaked the info that she was "pretty much deaf." Foxy picked up the phone and spoke directly with another attorney named Salvatore Strazzullo and that she had no trouble hearing him on the phone to set up an appointment.
Her criminal trial for attacking a manicurist has been delaying until December 23, but her lawyer believes there will be a deal in place by them. She can pleads to either a misdemeanor or a violation, but it's highly unlikely Foxy will get jail time over the "did she do my nails or not" dispute.
